Art Experiences for Baby - April 27, 2024. 11:00-11:30 am.
This 30-minute session is for babies, ages 6-16 months, and their caregivers. Your baby will be exposed to a variety of colorful glass art objects and lighted sensory items to explore.
New research shows that babies LOVE to look at art objects. Since babies learn best through their senses, viewing art objects can provide a multisensory experience to promote early brain growth and development. Synapse connections grow rapidly when a baby is exposed to a sensory-rich environment.

Caregivers who view art and talk about it with their baby can help to facilitate perceptual, cognitive, and early receptive language development.
